How to Cure Acne, Fast and Forever

The general consensus amongst acne specialists and dermatologists (skin doctors) is that acne is a real pain in the neck, and the secrets of how to cure acne that work 100% of the time are still eluding them. 1) Cut out greasy or oily foods and drinks. This includes too much fried food, fast food, takeaways, and anything else that leaks oil when you squeeze it.

2) Cut out fatty and sugary foods and drinks. This includes soda and fizzy drinks, sweets, cakes and other sweet treats (remember, it's only for a few days!).

3) Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and drink lots of water. Make sure you get at least five portions of fruit and veg a day, and at least 8 tall glasses of water.

Do this for 4-5 days, and see if it has any effect on your acne. I bet it will, and I bet it'll be a positive effect.
