It is also not good to eat too much meat, so a molecularly distilled omega-3 fish oil supplement will do wonders for your skin.
3. Natural Skincare – If you really want to reverse wrinkles then you really have to take care of your skin and not hold back. I saw the best results when I stopped using products that contained chemicals and unnatural ingredients. I then started using only proven effective ingredients like Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame. I still use the same product daily now, and my skin has never looked better.
